Overview
Explore Zanzibar excursions on your holiday vacation as you will be enjoying and relaxing on magnificent clean beaches within Zanzibar Island, you will have a chance to learn more about Swahili tradition and get knowledge about historical buildings in Stone Town.
Zanzibar also offers other tour activities like spice tours, snorkeling, Jozani forest, prison island, and swimming with dolphins. You will have a lifetime experience before heading back home.
DAY 1: ARUSHA – ZANZIBAR
You will fly out from Arusha to Zanzibar with an afternoon Scheduled flight where you’ll meet our representative driver and drive you to the hotel for relaxation.
Enjoy the day with a bunch of hotel facilities such as body massage, chilling in the garden, swimming pool, or stretching your legs on the white sand beaches.
DAY 2: ZANZIBAR
After morning breakfast, Free time and relaxation, experience the sun on your skin and the golden sands of Zanzibar beneath your feet, the ancient in cultural city of Zanzibar, and sip cocktails on Zanzibar’s golden.
DAY 3: MNEMBA ISLAND VISITATION
This full day excursion leaves at around 9 in the morning and returns back at around 3pm. You can board the dhows to depart from (Kendwa) for those who stay at Hotels located on the Northern Coast, or from Jafferji Beach Retreat for those who stay in Matemwe and other North East coast hotels.
On the return trip, if tides are high you will also have the chance to visit Muyuni Beach where you can spend some time relaxing in the sun. Lunch boxes will be provided and you can enjoy your lunch on the beautiful beach or in the shade of the dhow. (Please note that this is not guaranteed every day, it is subject to tide conditions and can be checked on the day of departure).
DAY 4: SUNSET CRUISE EXPERIENCE AT NUNGWI BEACH
After breakfast, you will Start the tour by being picked up from your hotel and make your way to your first stop, Mnarani Aquarium. See green and hawksbill sea turtles, sheltered in the tidal lagoon of the Mnarani Marine Turtle Conservation Pond. Off the coast, there are coral reefs teeming with colorful fish including Hunga and Leven Bank. Then, take in the beauty of the wide, palm-lined Nungwi Beach. Visit a nearby boat-building yard where traditional dhow boats are built. See how these local boats are made from scratch. For lunch, sit down to a delicious Swahili meal and try local flavors. Choose the sunset cruise option to experience riding in a traditional dhow/Luxury dhow. End your day tour by sailing out from Kendwa and see the unmissable Zanzibar sunset.
DAY 5: ZANZIBAR BEACH RELAXATION BEFORE RETURN
As this will be the last day of your holiday, you may relax and enjoy the hotel’s facilities until the check-out time as your transfer driver will pick you up and drive to Stone town where you will have lunch and explore the Stone town historical buildings.
Then drive to the Zanzibar airport for a homeward flight.
